3. Free version only

The current version of the website is free to use. We do not currently process paid Route Plans, memberships, subscriptions or online payments through the website.

If a parent adds child-related information to the parent portal, we will use that information only to provide school-planning features. During the free launch, users should avoid adding unnecessary sensitive information about children.

We try to keep information useful and accurate, but school information can change. Parents and carers should check important details directly with the school, local authority or official source.

If you create an account, we keep your account information and saved schools while your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account from Account Settings in the Parent Portal. This removes your parent profile, child details and saved schools, clears your session and signs you out. You can also contact us to ask for your account or information to be deleted, unless we need to keep certain information for legal, security or record-keeping reasons.

Delete your account and its parent profile, child details and saved schools
Object to certain uses
Restrict how your information is used
Withdraw consent where consent is used
