MySchoolCompass helps parents and carers search for schools, view school profiles, compare schools, save schools and use a free parent portal.

The current version of the website is free to use.

2. Free launch

The first version of the website does not include paid Route Plans, paid memberships, subscriptions or online payments.

Future paid features may be added later, but they are not currently available unless clearly stated on the website.

3. School information

The website may show information about schools, including public information such as school type, location, Ofsted information, performance information, admissions links and website links.

We aim to provide useful information, but we cannot guarantee that all school information is complete, accurate or up to date.

Parents and carers should check important details directly with the school, local authority, Ofsted or another official source.

4. No admission guarantee

Using this website does not guarantee:

• Admission to any school
• A place on a waiting list
• Success in an entrance exam
• Access to an open day
• That school information will not change

Parents and carers remain responsible for checking deadlines, policies and requirements directly with official sources.

5. Accounts

You may create a free account to save schools and access your parent portal.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure and not use another person’s account without permission.

6. Saved schools and comparison

Free users may save and compare a limited number of schools.

The website may allow temporary saved schools or comparison selections before signup. We may change free limits or features in the future, but we will try to keep the website clear about what is available.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Misuse the website
• Try to access another user’s account
• Copy or scrape the website at scale
• Damage or disrupt the website
• Upload harmful or unlawful content

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
